My campaign has concerns of potential voter fraud committed by independent candidate for United States Senate Seth Bodnar. Seth Bodnar, who is backed by former democrat senator Jon Tester, must collect over 13,000 legal signatures to qualify as an independent candidate in the State of Montana.

 

The signatures being collected by Bodners campaign are signatures of:

       1. Non-registered voters

       2. Non-Montana residents

       3. Deceased family members

       4. Illegal immigrants

       5. Duplicate signatures

 

My campaign would like to request that your o ice not only publicly post the signatures submitted by the Bodnar campaign online for transparency but also verify the legality of each signature prior to Seth Bodnar’s name being placed on this year’s ballot.

 

We have all fought hard for the Save Act to protect our election integrity in our country.It would also be responsible that a valid, legal ID be required for all signatures for Bodnar’spetition as well.
